Route A2B is a Kansas City business delivery service. Businesses book same-day, rush, scheduled and recurring route deliveries online, see the exact price first, and get live tracking and photo proof of delivery. A real dispatcher confirms every request.
Do I need an account to get a price?
For a recurring route or backup coverage, no. Send your stops and schedule from our business accounts page and a dispatcher comes back with coverage, price and a start date, normally within one business day. For a single delivery, sign in and the exact price shows before you submit.
How much does a same-day courier cost in Kansas City?
It depends on distance, drive time, package size and speed. Sign in, enter pickup and drop-off, and you see the exact price before you submit. Your card is charged after the delivery is completed.
Can the price change after I book?
Only two ways, and both are shown before you book. Wait time: The first 10 minutes at pickup and at drop-off are free, then it's $1.00 a minute. Cancellation: Cancel free within 2 minutes of a driver accepting. After that the fee starts at $10.00, or $15.00 once the driver has arrived, plus any wait time past the free 10 minutes. It can be a little higher when the driver has already earned more driving to your pickup. You see the exact fee before you confirm. Everything else, including any after-hours rate, is already in the price you see.
How are recurring routes priced?
Per run, agreed in writing before the first one. Send the stops, the days and the window each stop has to land in, and dispatch prices the route and confirms it can hold that schedule.
How fast can you deliver?
Choose STAT (as soon as possible), Rush (within 2 hours), Same Day, Next Day, or schedule an exact pickup time from tomorrow up to 6 days out. Dispatch confirms coverage and timing on every request.
What areas do you serve?
The Kansas City metro in Missouri and Kansas, including Kansas City MO and KS, North Kansas City, Overland Park, Lenexa, Mission and Johnson and Jackson counties.
Can Route A2B back up our current courier?
Yes. A2B FLEX is backup capacity: keep your courier or your own drivers, and call on A2B for call-outs, missed pickups, overflow and rush orders. No monthly minimum.
Who is actually driving my delivery?
A vetted A2B driver. Before a first job, every driver submits proof of auto insurance, passes a background check and shows a clean motor vehicle record, and we verify their identity, license and vehicle. Medical, pharmacy and specimen runs only go to drivers additionally approved for that work.
What proof of delivery do I get?
Every delivery records a photo, the recipient's name and a timestamp. You can also require a signature or receiver PIN, and share a live tracking link with your receiver.
